These terms apply when you visit tryoffsetlabs.com or buy anything from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Offset Labs. "You" means you.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm you're 18 or over and that the payment method you're using is yours.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Our products are supplements, not medicine
Offset is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and it is not a treatment for any condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. We're not doctors and we can't tell you whether a supplement is right for you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Offset, particularly if you take prescription medication, have a diagnosed condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not take Offset if you're allergic to ragweed, daisies, marigolds or chrysanthemums, as milk thistle is in the same plant family.
Stop taking it and speak to a doctor if you have any reaction to it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we can decline or cancel it, including if the item is out of stock, if we spot a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, you get a full refund.
We may limit how many units one person or household can order.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US Dollars and can change without notice, though a change never affects an order we've already confirmed.
Prices don't include sales tax or any import duties, which are calculated at checkout or charged separately where they apply.
We take payment when you place your order. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we're not obliged to sell it at that price. We'll cancel the order and refund you.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 30 days and we'll sort it out.
Make sure your address is right. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
Subscriptions
If you tick the subscribe option at checkout, you're starting a recurring order. It is never selected for you — you have to choose it.
By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Renewals. Your first charge happens when you order. After that you're charged on the schedule you selected. We email you before each renewal so it never arrives unannounced.
Cancelling. You can skip a delivery, change the date or cancel entirely from your account at any time, in the same number of clicks it took to sign up. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. It doesn't refund a charge already taken — see our Return and Refund Policy for that.
Cut-off. Cancel or skip before your renewal is processed. Once a renewal has been charged and dispatched, it's treated as a normal order.
Failed payments. If a charge fails we'll try again and email you. If it keeps failing we may pause or cancel the subscription.
Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, we'll email you before it takes effect and you can cancel before then.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short: take Offset for up to 60 days on your first order, and if it isn't for you, email us and we'll refund you.
Product information
We try to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and doses. Photographs are illustrative and packaging may vary. Always read the label on the bottle you receive — the label is the authoritative source for ingredients, doses and warnings.
Reviews and testimonials on the site reflect individual experiences. They aren't a promise that you'll experience the same thing.
Using the site
Don't use this site to do anything unlawful, don't try to break or overload it, don't scrape it, and don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Everything on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Offset name — belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we're free to use them without owing you anything.
Emails and messages
By giving us your email address you agree to receive order and service messages. Marketing emails only go to people who have asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the order that claim relates to.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after we post changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
If part of this doesn't hold up
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
