Tracking takes 24 to 48 hours to start moving, and it's normal for it to go quiet for a few days mid-journey. If it hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us and we'll trace it.

Check with anyone else at the address, look around entrances and with neighbours, and give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered slightly early.

If it still hasn't appeared, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll replace it or refund you.

Email us immediately with the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped we'll fix it. If it has, we'll have to wait for it to come back to us before we can resend.

If it hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, we can't stop it in transit — but you've still got 60 days from delivery to send it back for a refund.

No. Your order ships from our fulfilment partner overseas and we pay every duty and import charge ourselves. The price at checkout is the whole price.

If a carrier ever asks you for money to release your parcel, don't pay it. Email us and we'll deal with them.
